Bubba Cola is an inexpensive brand of cola distributed by discount retail chain Save-A-Lot of Earth City, Missouri, USA. Twelve-ounce cans are sold at a cost of only 17¢ per unit in a bid to get consumers to sample the brand; competing with the 25¢ Wal-Mart's Sam's Choice Cola distributed via vending machine. 2-liter bottles are usually sold at a price of about 63-69¢, depending on the store location, and any ad sales at those locations. Despite, or perhaps because of the brand's low cost, it has attracted a following among soft drink fans as an alternative to major brands. Save-A-Lot chose to retain Bubba Cola's name after online voters showed support for the "memorable" and "distinctive" brand in 2009. The Diet line used to use Sucralose as a sweetener, giving people with Phenylketonuria a viable option for diet drinks. In early 2011, the diet line started sporting a new ingredient list. Aspartame was now the sweetener included. Aside from the ingredient list and warning, there was no obvious indication that the change was made. Soon after, a label redesign started showing up on the shelves as well. This change is possibly related to the acquisition of CliffStar in July 2010. There are differences in taste between the Red and Blue cans or bottles. The red label has a taste similar to Coca-Cola, while the blue label has a taste similar to Pepsi-Cola. ==External links== *( Save A Lot's website ) 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Bubba Cola」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
